Segovia, Spain

The cute little darlings in front of the building that inspired Disneyland's Castle. This one is definitely better as an original, plus it has a far better view! Alex tried to storm the castle, without falling off the wall to the ground 20 ft. below. I don't know what Mom was thinking, or us for that matter....
Beautiful tree, beautiful park, beautiful sky, large ancient churchy stone building. Ya know, the usual. Segovia's Great Gothic Catholic Cathedral. It's Great, It's Gothic, it's Gaudy - it's classically Catholic!!
Segovia's own Roman Aqueduct, it's the real McCoy. Pretty big too, you can't miss it! Though if you happen to be wandering around lost in the town it helps you about as much as directions given by a Spaniard... This is a view from near the top of the aqueduct, looking down on the cute little town. It's all very picturesque, but the climb up the stairs to the top of the aqueduct, that's killer. Definitely could use a nice modern escalator or something.
