Mira Loma Park sits in the heart of the southeast Reno neighborhood known as Donner Springs. It is one of the larger parks in Reno and boasts four quality soccer fields, where most city league games are played. Mira Loma Park also features a fitness trail, where joggers can do various exercises and stretches along the path. These courses have become popular the past few years and more area parks are adding them along their jogging paths. However, Mira Loma Park doesn't have a barbecue area, so a Sunday picnic there means bringing pre-prepared food. But outside of soccer season, it is a quiet place for a family outing or to just hang out.

Location: Mira Loma Drive at South McCarran Boulevard. The park has a single entrance on Mira Loma, across from the 7-Eleven.
Features: Children's playground, fitness trail, lighted paths, open grass fields, restrooms.
Sports Venues: Soccer, softball, tennis.
